15 y.o 5'11, weight about 74-72kg.
I was told that I have subcutaneous fat on my face, now I wonder how to lose weight without bothering too much? Winter is coming, I live near Russia, so I won't be able to do running and so on. Any tips on what you can do to lose weight? No cost, I'm a broke
