how fat are u, i would reccomend to not cut at that age and instead eat in bulk and gymmaxx, but if u are really fat then u might need to cut first

Losing weight is very simple but if u know this will shorten u. U have 2 choices:
1- Fast method (recommended) literally starve max


eat like 1 apple in the morning, 1 egg for lunch and 1 apple for dinner


once a week eat a full meal like rice w meat etc.. and take supplements


2- Just make a caloric deficit, simple but long and will shorten u in long term.
 
yeah bro starving yourself during peak growth is a great idea and highly recommended for 14 yr olds
being fat is so disgusting, starving for 1 month will maybe change 5% of final height in the worst case otherwise it will stunt 1%

1. Randle cycle: understand the Randle cycle maxing
Never combine fats and carbs


2. Deficit & diet: assess your maintenance calorie intake
go 300 to 500 calories below your given maintenance based off of your height, weight and age. Do not lie for your own gratification because it’ll ruin almost everything

Keep your protein high relative to your body weight in lbs, keep it at least 90% of your bw in lbs & for carbs and fat never go above 100g for both at the same time, if you want your glycogen stores to be high for pumps/energy then keep fat at 60 grams to 70 grams while carbs are at 200-350 grams and the opposite if you don’t care about glycogen stores

Make sure that your diet includes all the essential vitamins and nutrients, most importantly remember to mitigate all processed goyslop from your diet & eat mainly whole/real food such as steak, organ meat, fruits, grains but rest on that as much as possible. And remember to never combine fat and carbs at the same time. Don’t go overboard 20g of carbs / 30g of fat while eating a meal that consists of both fats and carbs. One at a time.


3. Steps & cardio:
get a minimum of 8,000 steps and/or do low intensive cardio for 30 minutes
Ex; 30 min incline walking with the settings of 3.0 speed 12.0 incline

4. Training & split : high intensive high frequency low volume training

What I’m saying is basically do low reps with maximum weight you can lift for 4 to 6 reps while doing 1 set per exercise and for high frequency that’s basically keeping your training days frequency high 3.0 frequency to 3.5 frequency. You can achieve this by using a fbeod split engineered by sir Keenan & yo talk. And don’t try to be all smart & fancy by having different fb days like for ex: fb A fb B fb C, that just defeats the purpose of full body which is to hone your strength while building your physique since they’re both directly proportional & consistent with each other as long as you’re putting on muscle or strength.

I’ll build a sample of the full body split, exercise sequencing doesn’t really matter, just suggest that you start with the group of muscle that you’re weaker with in contrast to other muscle groups. (Don’t copy the weight shown assess yourself first)

Unilateral kneeling tricep pushdowns
30kg, 6 reps, 1 set
biases the medial and lateral head
Seated leg curls
80kg, 8 reps, 1 set
Biases the hamstrings
Alternated seated db bicep curls
22kg, 6 reps 1 set
Biases the long and short head
And so on… maximum you should be doing is 2 sets per muscle group, and for legs only 3 sets. I can give you the full sample for the split plan.

Side note: always before the gym by a hour to 2 hours carb max with high glycemic index carbs such as rice, potatoes and rice cakes etc…. With ofc some caffeine but don’t go overboard with more than 400mg of caffeine. You don’t want to be doling your cortisol for long and staying up late to fuck your recovery/circadian rhythm.

yes deprive ur body of nutrients while in puberty retard :forcedsmile: unless ur super obese u don’t need to cut during puberty
 
if ur not super obese you don’t need to cut, u should be focusing on getting all the nutrients from good sources, the max i recommend you to do is gym
