i'm 16 and i am 5"7

Fasting and cardio
 
i go to the gym 4 times a week i play soccer 3 times i do a fasting diet and i only get little results
You're not gonna lose 30 pounds that quickly just keep doing that and eat light foods

A bit of reta and eat prettt much exclusively giga lean protein dense foods, like shell fish, runa, cod, turkish yoghurt, cottage cheese etc
 
only drink 0 cal drinks, get your cardio in, preferably LISS, so just steps 10k. dont eat sweets and much protein and ofc you have to be in a reasonable calorie defecit to lose weight. but i cant be too hard bc then u quit. peptides like retatrutide help too
 
I'm going to suggest something oldschool and not tiktok-sexy: Metabolic boosters like clenbuterol and dnp.

Can't really beat popping 1 tablet or pill a day and burning the kcal equivalent of a 1.5 hour walk while doing nothing.

While an extra 300-500 kcal a day sounds little, it really adds up over time. Assuming you eat maintenance calories and don't even try to cut, you'd lose 2 kilos a month (4 pounds). Or 8kg by summer which is a lot of body fat.

exactly why do hard work if you can safely cheat there’s always gonna be someone leaner who tf cares how they got there
