I'm 16, 1.71m tall and weigh 72kg. (I don't think I've had a growth spurt yet.)
Since my father is 1.77m and my mother is 1.58m, I know I'll never be very tall, but I'd still like to maximize my height. The problem is that i'm not very lean, i have around 20% body fat.
So how can I get leaner while maximizing my growth?
