What are some tips to lower my inhibition in short term and long term?

I'm autistic so i have extremely high inhibition, i'm talking about can't even steal a pencil because i think i'll go to prison if i do level of inhibition. I live scared and can't even talk to people or i'll feel awkward so i want to know how can i lower my resistance to do those things that i want to do.

Do whatever you want to do in small amounts or lesser levels.
If you're trying to go to the gym, start by doing only cardio for a month before moving onto machines, then move onto free weights.
If you're trying to talk to people, start by merely greeting them, then say "how are you doing afterwards" or ask them about the weather.

Ok so i have to start leaving my comfort zone in small steps, thank you. In the cases i want to do something like talk to a cute chick in the mall what could i do to not be anxious in the moment?
 
The main way to do it is to talk to a lot of cute chicks. Talk to them without the expectation of anything in return. Talk to them hoping to get their number.
If you do something a lot, it will seem more trivial.
If you very rarely do something and you try to do it for the first time, you will be nervous. There's no way around it. Everyone gets nervous when starting something new.

TL;DR talk to cute chicks until it becomes a norm for you
