How can I maintain my jawline/facial structure while bulking

You can't really do it in most cases. The good news is it comes back when you cut, which you always should do.

I would bulk and lose Ur jawline for a while and then come back to being lean and you'll have a bigger but lean body

Lower your body fat percentage to between 8 to 12 percent.

Do a slow and controlled energy surplus with between 200 up to 300 kilocalories above your maintenance kilocalories. DO NOT EXCEED 300 kilocalories.

Keep your protein and carbohydrates high and fats relatively low. You just need fats for hormone production and some tissue synthesis. Get 8+ hours of sleep.
