I remember being told, like 6 months ago, to take a supplement that would keep water in my cartilage or bones or something, which would make me maintain my morning height. I don't know the name of the supplement, but I think it's chondroitin, after doing some research. I asked Google, but it wouldn't give me a straight answer if it would make me maintain my morning height. Can anyone let me know how I can maintain my morning height? I'm 17, and I don't want to wear insoles.
Help me out please.

I've heard of MSM + Glucosamine (two supplements) being useful for that.

the only actual useful thing that you can do is maintain good posture during the day and do stretching
you will still probably shrink 0.5-1cm tho

NOBODY sees 2cm difference bro

thats just ur spine compressing from walking or standing and shit, 1 hour of deadhangs might help lol

@Drgo How Manlet are You? Just wear Insoles
can fraud 10cm

That would last for an extremely small amount of time bc the water in my spine would be gone by then.

Bc I do boxing and if I come with insoles and then switch to my boxing shoes which are pretty much barefoot, it would look really big.

Just go 2 inches while boxing & 4 while normal activity.

too much work and insoles would make it harder for me to box + I don't care about impressing guys with my height.
I meant do it when you need, not like they perma attach to your feet
