ik i need to get rid of the fat and shi but im alr working on it. ive recently tried bonesmashing to gain more bone mass but it might be cope. need help🙏

also my lower lip is too fucking big compared to my other lip so what can i do abt it?

to accelerate ageing fast , try to damage the skin as much as possible , sleep less , get a device to shoot x rays into u , and eat 5000 calories goyslop a day
