How can I make my eye area look better (pictures)

Here are some pictures of when my eyes looked good vs now

And here’s what they look like now


Ik I may have been making a bit of a different expression in the second and my eyes are lighter but how can I fix like the entire area, I’m to scared to do diy canthoplasty I would need to do more research.

Another thing is that I have terrible asymmetry hooding on one of my eyes vs the other, I’m wondering if it would be possible to some how dissolve that fat and fix the asymmetry but this could be risky considering it would probably fuck up my entire face if I did it wrong.

If you guys have any tips please let me know.

I also have the same problem and I have fixed it to some extent. Hooding usually happens to older people when their facial muscles weaken. And the negative hooding that u and me have is from the upper eyelid muscle. I have been strengthening it for a couple of months now and I have seen improvements for sure.
