How can I make my eyelids more sharply defined?

My eyelids (in sharp BRIGHT lighting) are very obvious and seen which makes my eye area take a nice compact shape. In darker lightings though my eyelids are way less apparent which makes them less “sharp”, if that makes sense. Is there a way I can accentuate them?
