You can’t do anything for that. There is a surgey called orbital box oseotomy but if we are being real there’s only a few doctors in the world that can perform that surgery. Any plastic surgeon you ask for that is gonna laugh in your face

Holy ipd. Surgery is basically impossible for ipd fixage. Try some frauds such as makeup and others to give them an appearance of not being so close
