surgery and you can use a rubber part that you can print out yourself from the 3d printer which is perfectly tailored to your face. You can find everything in botb. But some ppl say its absolutely cope so idk

there's surgery to widen lips. but you might have a narrow palate and in that case MSE could be the move. or its just your nose thats too wide to look proportional. it could be many things.
