How can i make my nose thinner, and my skin whiter

Hi guys! Im 50% korean and 50% russian, my nose is too wide i think it bcs of my asian genes, does there any solution or i need to do surgery? Im 13.5, also i have asian skin color issue, my skin tanning to much, ive tried to sit at home for months but it still black asf, my classmates calls me

16 and 13 is big difference. when ur 16 ur skin always suck cuz u are in peak of puberty its going to be normal again after puberty

hydroquinone for skin color and hydrocortisone for nose's inflammation if u have any but it doesn't give any permanent effects
