accutane: shrinks sebaceous glands systematically, sebaceous glands are of high concentration in the nasal area so shrinking them would make your nose appear smaller/thinner

hydrocortisone: corticosteroid, apply topically (wether that’s a cream, gel, etc) to your noses tip and in theory this reduces inflammation and nasal edema (fluid retention), in turn making your nose appear smaller temporarily. intermittent use is generally safe for hydrocortisone but i wouldn’t overdo it as it can contribute to skin thinning and irritation
