I want to but I can't since I'm in Egypt and stuff and yk getting those things in Egypt is pretty hard and how did you indicate that I have a deficiency?

Get an exfoliant. I use The Ordinary's 7% glycolic acid, works well. could use a sligth bit of make up if you want
