you can't make your fucking skull wider unless you get retarded skull implants, most you can do is increase the width of your zygos by implants or rapid palatal expansion which will slightly flare the zygos but in most cases is not very noticeable.

Make sure you have a lot of hair volume on the sides of head if you want to fraud skull width.
