I feel it seems easier to fraud making something seem less wide then more wide

Bro you're not going to make a visible effect on the temporalis unless yours are fucking huge. If they're stupid huge my best guess would be botox but I don't know if you want this muscle relaxed Its kinda important.

yeah kind of frauding skull size. It's tough rocking a shorter cut tho unless you got defined features you could try using texture powder/other styling products but besides idt there's much you can do for the bones. As others said it's the wrong approach the correct one would be actually widening the jaw

I’m trying to fraud a more narrow head, a shorter cut is usually better tho for styling

don’t know about makeup that much but can’t I use liek that shadowing shit around the edges of my temples to create a allusion that it’s more narrow, like the thing you use to make your jawline sharper

not worth it. The shadow won't work probably because the temples aren't angular (my guess). You could try but I think this one's pretty useless

• Contouring: Use darker shades to create shadows on the sides of the face, making it appear narrower
  this is what i meant

im actually noticing some results already which is also why i want to make my jaw wider

my palate is pretty narrow but i already have retainers should i still get a palate expander

Get a palate expander if your intermolar distance is sub 37-40 tbh. Bite on a banana peel/something straight and measure between the second last teeth.
