hgh at 13?
Minions Wtf GIF
Vitamin D, Prioritise and optimize Sleep , Take all nutrients especially B vitamins, and don’t stress the mind and body too much and optimize estrogen
Mark as solution by clicking the tick box, thanks

Also it’s gonna be hard to do but you should stop thinking and stressing over height it’s only going to be worse. If you can just forget about it and just sleep as much as possible

sleeping a lot is wrong, oversleeping would lead to more negative effects than benefits. also doing hgh at 17 is terrible. if he wants to maximize height he should do hgh asap

By sleeping a lot I mean like getting the best sleep as possible. It’s literally impossible to sleep long like past 9-10 hours especially if your active. And hgh asap idk that’s kinda tricky but ig he can start now

stfu you retard you've never read a single article on rhGH administration to prepubescent children

He should prioritise pubertymaxxing at 13 not pinning hgh
Otherwise he will regret it in later years

"pubertymaxxing" :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

explain mechanistically how will he regret it. you have no substance on this topic so shut your fucking mouth and never speak again until you become qualified to do so. cite the literature on pediatric rhGH administration

Speaking a lot of buzzwords :lul:
Your post to rep ratio explains everything
Like he said he’s a late bloomer so he will hit his dads height very soon
I was 5’5 at his age with both parents being 5’7
Now I’m borderline 5’11 and I just turned 17 because I prioritised puberty
Don’t act like a professional and prescribe peptides to little kids you dumb cunt.

dnr,
his physiology is different than yours so if you can’t discuss pharmacokinetics, endocrine physiology, or epiphyseal maturation your opinion is irrelevant. i dont care about your anecdotes. my point is rhGH administration in ISS kids (the closest thing to healthy adolescents) is done when theyre prepubescent or in early puberty and sometimes as early as 2-3 years old for ghd, sga or turner syndrome. now jump off the bridge you pre embryonic spermatozoid

im not fearmongering, im stating facts. you have 0 knowledge on pharmacokinetics and endocrinology so shut the fuck up. ad homs dont give you any credibility whatsoever

Just stop typing little greycel :lul:
A new user with negative low trust post to rep ratio is who someone needs for advice
“Muh pharmacokinetics” you’re not a professional
You’re most likely a sub 5’10 Indian male larping high IQ
Also stop getting your worthless information from Google

nobody cares about post:rep ratio when endocrinology is being discussed lmao also where else are you supposed to get your info from? chatgpt? :lul: endocrinologists researchers and literally anyone reading studies start with google/pubmed. thats how you actually get facts before forming an opinion you retarded ignoramus spermatozoid

I think hes conflating guidelines for children with gh deficiency syndromes with healthy adult physiology. In ppl without natural deficiency, gh administration can be extremely harmful especially if given too early, as it can accelerate epiphyseal maturation causing premature plate closure

You’re a delusional piece of hyena filth who cites sources from AI chatbots and learned his complex words from TikTok which he was not aware of before 2026 :Lols:
The kid either is not living in ideal conditions or is a late bloomer
He has the genetics to grow above 6 foot and any man with common sense can confirm that
Also before pinning hgh he should consult an endocrinologist before listening to a buffoon like you on a forum ravaged by greycels with terrible advice

That’s what I’m saying
OP either is malnourished or is a late bloomer
He should consult a professional

healthy adult physiology isnt being discussed. stop using ai to form a response. im talking about evidence based pediatric protocols for ISS kids, which start when they're prepubescent or in early puberty
accelerate epiphyseal maturation causing premature plate closure
wheres the evidence for that

height is not genetic you can modify the shit thats called “genetic” but your baseline is important so maybe partly genetic, like the maximum potential even with pharmaceutical interventions. height isnt math. you can grow past and also below your "predicted adult height"

Yeah but it’s fully genetic
Also I’m pretty sure OP has a good baseline

Firstly put my words into an ai tracker to see if its ai, and until then stop running your mouth

im talking about evidence based pediatric protocols for ISS kids, which start when they're prepubescent or in early puberty
Secondly u told a kid that he should take hgh without any regard to if hes gh deficient or not so respectfully shut the fuck up.
Here is your first reply here:

sleeping a lot is wrong, oversleeping would lead to more negative effects than benefits
Thirdly, the statement above is enough to prove that you’re not much smarter than a chimpanzee and should be thrown into a zoo

wheres the evidence for that
Gh increases growth velocity, which in combnation with rising sex hormones during puberty can contribute to premature plate closure. Fact check it with the same source that told u that "sleeping a lot is wrong" u dumb nigger

firstly, i didnt say your response was ai generated. i said your knowledge is coming from ai. secondly, so? thirdly, ad hom, no response. fourthly, attacking me on semantics is sophistry. by a "lot" i meant oversleeping. a "lot" is subjective.

also, free education:
sex hormones are not the main factor driving plate fusion. e2 just signals cxxc5 to inhibit wnt signaling and close them. you can have high e2, inhibit cxxc5 and still grow

now provide evidence that rhGH prematurely closes the epiphyseal plates. it doesn't even affect the sex hormones. they're completely different pathways

So recommending gh to ppl without considering whether they are gh deficient or not is a scam

attacking me on semantics is sophistry. by a "lot" i meant oversleeping. a "lot" is subjective.
If your position changes the second u define your terms, the issue isn’t semantics, its that your argument was lazy

sex hormones are not the main factor driving plate fusion. e2 just signals cxxc5 to inhibit wnt signaling and close them. you can have high e2, inhibit cxxc5 and still grow
E2 isnt just signaling cxxc5, it regulates multiple pathways involved in proliferation and senescence of the growth plate, wnt signaling is just one piece of that puzzle

now provide evidence that rhGH prematurely closes the epiphyseal plates. it doesn't even affect the sex hormones. they're completely different pathways
Speeding up bone growth during puberty alongside rising sex hormones can lead to earlier growth plate closure. Separate mechanisms that always, always coincide during puberty so their effects on growth plate closure must be considered together unless its irrelevant and wholly inapplicable

why?
If your position changes the second u define your terms, the issue isn’t semantics, its that your argument was lazy
the issue is the semantics because you're strawmanning my definition of a "lot"
E2 isnt just signaling cxxc5, it regulates multiple pathways involved in proliferation and senescence of the growth plate, wnt signaling is just one piece of that puzzle
doesnt change the fact that gh acts on a completely separate pathway. red herring from my original point. can you not track?

prove that it causes rising sex hormones or your assertion would fall under bare assertion, which is dismissed via hitchens razor. and again, e2 is not the main factor driving plate fusion

Giving gh to healthy ppl doesnt reliably increase height and exposes them to unnecessary risks with absolutely zero rewards

the issue is the semantics because you're strawmanning my definition of a "lot"
Its not a strawman if im using the words u actually said: u said "a lot". If ur point only works after you rewrite it, im not strawmanning, its just that u were not right in the first place

Its not red herring, im directly addressing your claim, you tried to frame e2’s role as a single cxxc5-wnt interaction which is biologically, physiologically, and mechanistically inaccurate

prove that it causes rising sex hormones or your assertion would fall under bare assertion, which is dismissed via hitchens razor. and again, e2 is not the main factor driving plate fusion
Puberty by definition involves rising sex hormones, that’s not an "assertion", its biology. Estrogen is the main driver of growth plate fusion and gh would push the bones to grow faster, which is why the two together matter in the context of rhGH application. You can't dodge basic biology with some philosophical principle btw

It is over.

autist, hes 13 his dad is 186, mother 169 and you suggested he hop on hgh LMFAO :LOL:
that's not a suggestion of me telling him to hop on. are you retarded? i said in pediatric studies they did it at the age of 11

ISS is the closest thing we have to healthy adolescent. already pointed this out. you're not tracking.

Individuals with idiopathic short stature (ISS) are generally considered to be healthy, "normal" humans in every regard except for their height
If he is asking about height, and ISS is close to adult human in every regard but height, do you not think its ignorant to take the study done on people with ISS for height, and apply the logic to a 13 year old who most likely does not have ISS? feels like a leap of logic

you conceded here.

I dealt with the substance u presented but instead of moving the discussion forward, u just kept circling back
drop your discord we could re-run this debate formally with a judge.
