Being 17 years old and 5’7”, is there any way to stop or delay the closing of my growth plates? Are there any effective medications that could help me grow a few more inches?


I know that a good sleep schedule and a proper diet are essential, but my genetics make me consider HGH. Is there any other medication that is more effective?
