How can I maximize my height potential?

Anyways if you get on hgh and get to 5'6 AT least you can wear those shoe soles to add 2 inches and your height won't be a noticeable flaw, but try eating more if your BMI is lower than 19 and get a good 8-10 hour sleep daily

based on my growth chart my estimated height rn is 5'7 but its just estimated :feelswah:

that ain't even bad if you actually reach that height (besides what this crazy 6'4 guys says) being 5'7 is a an inch or 2 under average, just fraud with what I said and you'll be good

Ty, I fixed my sleep and my diet is much better recently, I think I can reach average height, most people think late bloomer is cope for some reason tho
yeh np I also changed that like 6 months ago and saw better height result in this past 6 months then last year
 
I'm 5'5 currently at 15 mom is 5'6 and my dad is 5'8 my doctor said I don't need hgh because according to my growing pattern I'm just a late bloomer, so what can I do to reach my maximum height potential?
Just take the damn hgh
