How can I measure in inches in Paint?

Help me please! I would really appreciate it, I already have the dimensions and lines/points where I have to measure, but the problem is that it measures it in pixels and not in inches.

use the select tool and find a reference object in the picture and find the blueprint online from the manufacturer and see how many inches it is and correlate it to the direct object you're trying to measure that's how i get accurate heights
