How can I overcome laziness and procrastination?

I discovered bp in 2023 through some depressing slideshows I was seeing at the time.Since then I've become very lazy, sedentary, and depressed, due to the negativity I constantly saw on the internet (slides from Luvfiti, among others). Since then I haven't been able to stop procrastinating, I always put everything off and never did it. I want to stop doing this, please help me. I really try but I never succeed. In 2024 I really tried to study hormones etc., but without success. Every time I stopped reading articles and studies and never read them again.I also constantly saw posts on social media about how to improve one's appearance, but it was only about soft products, meaning chemical products that would never help, since my problem was a health issue intestinal. Since then I haven't used any of the community's methods, but I still managed to improve because I had some good habits. However, from 2025 to 2026 I stopped playing soccerIn other words, I became completely sedentary and ended up gaining weight, but not 80-90 kg, just a little chubby and with a very puffy face due to fluid retention. I really try to overcome my laziness but I never manage to, I just don't have the motivation to get rid of it, but I'm improving now. If possible, please give me some tips:pepeLove:

stay realistic with it, don't tell yourself one day you'll suddenly start doing everything right because it's unrealistic and will never work. you have to stay consistent. u should write whether in a journal or google document a 100 day plan, with a list of 8-12 goals and habits to break/start, i've started doing this and it helps quite a bit. u gotta aim to be 1% better each day instead of trying to fix everything all at once

im having this problem too im thinking of trying speed or meth or any amphetamine:feelswat:

I think the most viable solution to this problem is physical exercise, better gut health, and an extremely good diet rich in protein, among other things.I'm actually improving; I'm not completely lost in laziness or procrastination. Today I managed to go for a walk and study some articles:feelsokman:
