How can I perform a frenulum cut by myself

I think it might be worth trying making some cuts in my frenulum so as to make it longer without removing it completely as the doctors wants to

You mean mouth or the dick one? Any case, you need a syringe of a local anaesthetic (lidocaine, novacaine), inject around the area you want to cut to create a "blockade" of sort. Probably two pins on the sides of the frenulum would do. Wait until you have no sensation in the area. Insert a catheter. Desinfect with alcohol or your preferred desinfectant. Make a cut with a syringe or the sharpest razor root can get. Then put on bandages. You'll have to wear the catheter until the area heals enough to not get torn when you replace the bandage. After that, replace the bandage every time you pee (put new disinfectant on the bandage) until it heals.

Short frenulum on the one hand and not loose enough foreskin on the other. I can retract it completely when flacid but the problem is when the penis is erect, the I can retract it Almost completely. Doc said that the frenulum was what was causing the issue and not the foreskin, he said the phimotic ring is ok but that I keep it down (glans uncovered) all day if I want to stretch it. But the thing that is really creating an issue is the hort frenulum according to him and it makes sense to me
