You just need a scalpel and some anesthetic
It's a simple procedure, you can do it!

Read some books and watch videos first.
Practice bone cutting on dead animals.
Buy all the surgery tools.
Make yourself a self surgery chair/table. It should be something where your head wont move, but you could still see yourself from mirrors.
Give all your head a local anesthesia.

Congrats, now you can perform LF3 on yourselfs.
