How can i possible change this craniofacial flaw?

This is something many people dont talk about and know.
Its not gonial angle, maybe kind of but not really.
Its the Ramus angle.
The direction or how the ramus grow.
Look at these pictures and you know what i mean.
Look at Matias u can se hes ramus have grown straight downwards and backwards
While mine is forwards
How can i change this?
Surgery?, bite force everyday w ostivia?, implant?, bonesmash? Like how? I’ve heard Mtren can improve the gonion outward growth.

I do not wanna hear about anything Else about my looks or acne only this problem.

It was just that one spcific pic, but i do got a bit bad posture im trying to fix it by chintucks and generally keeping my head backwards idk
