join a church choir! they often need singers (you need to be at least elementary to get the job though).

if you really need practice, maybe at night in an open public space like a park, if it's safe? if you are at least semi-decent, you can just tell anybody who questions you that you are trying to improve your singing, and get some pity points as well especially if it's cold and dark outside.

invest in a piano/keyboard. so useful when singing. source: i sing myself, bass.

i cant be heard, i will be singing certain things not to be heard
