How can i prevent gyno from coming back after stopping ralox

Raloxifene has definitely shown improvement for my gyno, i git it during puberty plus accelerated it with fin altho i stopped fin like 5-6 months ago
Now i started raloxifene which has shrinked my nipples but gyno still there i can feel it i hope it can shrink it more but im afraid after stopping ralox it will enlarge or not
Because estrogen will bind again to the gland
What should i do to prevent this and keep my gyno shrunked
