It's all about the quality of people who live there...There are gated communities were others aren't allowed to move or buy houses there, unless the neighbors vote first and approve them.

Well...if you are an educated, polite and prosperous black man it's more likely they will allow you, so they wouldn't appear racist, discriminatory and to fulfill their diversity quotas...
