this is a retard scale. in reality, the more away you are from a true 5, the rarer you are. aka a 2/10 is rare and a 7/10 is rare. the further you stray from the true average, the more rare you are. you don’t see 7’s very often, maybe once a week maybe less.

Rhinoplasty. Eye asymmetry would be tougher, if the whole orbit is mismatched, (Orbital Dystopia), then only an orbital box osteotomy would fix it, which is incredibly invasive & expensive. If it's due to a mismatch of the soft tissue in the socket then an orbital floor implant could fix it which is still an invasive procedure though way less compared to OBO
