It looks kinda fat and the tip looks a bit droopy in the first pic , remember how can I get to cl was the question , thats like how to get in the 0.5% of people . Ur already hmtn but if u want to get to cl u need these things and also Max out ur misc by leaning out getting tan and oral minoxidil .

However if he gets fat grafting cantho rinho and jaw filler i believe he can get to htn/hhtn . Without filler or surgery he is capped at hmtn
