apologies if this sounds extremely retarded

but how can one make sure he fully reaches his genetic height potential? as in being able to accept that i did everything i could in order to grow and got as far as i got

is the method just
- Pin HGH
- take aromatase inhibitors
- gymcell
- sleepcell
- and a prayer before bed

or am i missing something

again genetics are the most important, but malnutrition can definitely play a part
