I did a fat graft. Im no expert but Id say it depends. It definitely gives you more chance for this thing to stay in its place, unlike fillers. Also, not all fats are created equal. Some fat people have this almost yellowish fat that just flows like a dense oil. Mine was red-orange, it felt like a plasticine, very hard to mould. I say, as long as you are not trying to sculp your cheek bones with it, just doing some filling under your eyes, than its worth it. Consider the under-eye area is very difficult to work with, almost no bones, no muscles, pretty much just skin hanging.
