How can i reduce my 3 inch FUPA so my dick can show more??

So the other day I made a post about me eating 14k calories in 1 day

Now I have gained 9 pounds after shitting all the stuff I ate

I'm now 249 pounds

But the problem is my dick is covered in so much fupa fat that I CANT SEE MY FLACCID DICK WHEN SITTING

Erect I am about 6x4.8 but FLACCID I am 4 inch long

Only 1 inch of my FLACCID dick shows because so much fat

How can I fix???

eat 1 meal a day and your body will get used to it, drink lots of water to fill the stomach.
