How can I reduce my iris size

It’s over 15 mm when I measured at night. With dark eyes it makes my 32-33 mm pfl look subhuman. I can get my epicanthic folds removed to get over 35 mm pfl but it would still be non ideal.

for me it's the opposite , my iris is too small and i need to augment it

IMO big iris is better
