How can I reduce my side of my nose without hydrocortisone

I have the way my nose look . It's straight and lil bit pointy but it's fat . Is there any way I can fix this and am not not even fat brh

Accutane will slim it down I guess, temporary and all
Hydrocortisone will Atrophy the skin if you don't mind that
