How Can I Reduce The Purging Effect of Isotretinoin (Accutane)?

I just recently got prescribed isotret and saw many people talking about the purging phase. I was wondering if anyone knows of any methods to reduce or even prevent this from occurring. I’m currently starting on 40mg.

(Also any other tips would be appreciated)

Just moisturize properly and use a skin barrier repair cream along with it

Nothing lol apart from SPF and moisturizer.

take fish oil it will help reduce inflamation over time.
