its mostly due to sebaceous filaments in my pores which i tried to get rid of using salicylic acid products, tret, niacinamide serums, and face masks. I have a skin care routine that’s pretty basic (moisturizer, face wash, tret, sunscreen, clindamycn and benzoyl peroxide gel). I’m prob gunna use hydrocortisone but i dont think that’ll fix the pore problem unless im wrong. Accutane is my last resort bc i dont have much acne due to the benzoyl gel and tret. any ideas?

accutane + corticosteroids (cream and nasal spray if needed) + fat reduction on the tip (latisse, ultrasonic cavitation, fat dissolvers)
mark as solution
One word, accutane. Had the same issue as you, tried everything except accutane, until i finally had enough and got my hands on accutane even though i overpaid (strict customs seized indiamart)

accutane is a godsent for oily nose with huge pores

i’ll definitely try this. do you think i can still use hydrocortisone cream on my nose in addition to this.

So if you want lower risk profile hydrocortisone is the best option, if you r a risk taker accutane is the way bru

hot baths (with milk) and more raw eggs (orange yolk). your body is detoxing harmful toxins through your nose but it is not able to fully neutralise them and thus it causes some irritation (the enlarged nose)
