How can I reduce upper eyelid exposure and get rid of genetic dark circles

My eye area is really bad with UEE and severe dark circles that are genetic advice on how to reduce these?

Unfortunately you will need surgery for uee,sleep earlier for undereyes.You have jaw asymmetry
