Not really a possible way to fix, depends on age and bf, etc... Could possibly be cause by a recessed maxilla ( ts sounds grey, but its true). Your infras are also possibly recessed

hydrate your face by drinking water and using a decent moisturiser, that should help get rid the eye lines.
also Matrixyl 3000 exists but I never heard anything about it except that it boosts collagen.
dont rub your eyes.
sleep enough
do the V excercise
try cheek lifts
also go to a dentist to see if you have a misaligned jaw or tmj
