How can I remove these acne scars?

As of right now I do Derma rolling every 3 weeks on my face with a 1.5 MM needles but think about getting a real Microneedling pen. Advice?

I went on it for 10 months I have no pimples left it’s just red from scarring

derma stamps etc claim to make them appear less but idk never tested it out
