By deprojecting it and straightening the dorsal hump. Relatively safe and easy procedure.
Apart from those 2 flaws your nose looks good otherwise, not too wide and good tip definition.

Make sure to ask the surgeon for the ideal nasofacial angle of 36-40 degrees.
