A few role play scenarios Hypothetically in GTA:
1)you go to self serve,buy a bunch of items,and pretend to scan the protein,if caught just say "my bad didn't know"
2).you go to store,you find tub,you find aisle with no camera/blindspot and you put in bag
3).you go to store,you find tub,you put in a aisle,you buy groceries,you say "oh fuck forgot something "after you pay you quickly go back and get what you "forgot" then you quickly put protein in a bag that has the shopping you just bought,return to the same aisle you purchased it from and the cashier should let you straight by

Ok, so hear me out I'm a experienced shop lifter (In gta obviously)
First location:
* Shoplifting from medium size stores is easier because they are less likely to have a shit ton of security
* Stores in places where people have money are not suspicious of customers but they are harsher if you get caught
* Go on peak hours, more people less security seeing you
* Try to go far from home as possible
Looks
* You have to look like money, don't go looking like a bum or you may raise suspicions
* Make shure you are taller than the security guards or that they are females, much easier to steal this way
Other stuff
* Make shure there's no tags or magnets (some stores hide the tags be careful)
* Look for the blind points of the cameras
* Conceal quick you can also buy a little item.
If you get caught
* Act like you forgot and you are going to buy then say you have no money atm and try to drop the merchandise and fly as fast as possible
* You can also run, guards are not going to chase you but if you get the police called on you and they get you on a room it's over (that's why I stopped, in gta obviously)
