Wash it hot and dry it hot too (if your dryer can’t do that leave it out run the sun during the peak)

It can only shrink to a certain extent depending on the fabric blend since you’re just trying to get the fibers to contract. Some fabric blends can’t shrink at all so be sure to check what kind you have
