How can i solve this post acne hyperpigmentation

How can i clear this up? i had really bad acne on my cheeks 1.5years ago and this is the result. was rlly bad then but is clearing still, can i achieve clear skin?

Tretinoin applied every night as your skin tolerates . If it won’t go away after a year look into CO2 lasering.

Tret, if you can tolerate it, it’s the easiest way but has to be applied carefully

i’m in a location with a lot of sun, and tret purged my skin a lot when i tried it

Tazarotene mogs tret. The purge is less harsh, just make sure to use sunscreen and moisturise

your best options are tret, prescription azelaic acid, and lasering/micro needling at a dermatologist. Also wearing SPF everyday helps fade scars. Hydroquinone works but can have side effects and is not meant for long term use.

Less effective options: niacinamide, tranexamic acid, kojic acid.

Oh rlly spf can help hyperpigmentation, i just realised that too, do you have any good SPF? coz whenever i do wear it it makes my oily skin look greasy
