How can I start getting closer to my crush?

I want to get closer to her, but I don't know how.

When she talks to me I can't keep a long conversation with her. To talk to her I just jestermax by telling jokes or hiding her things (somehow she laughs most of the time).

Everytime we talk in instagram she's the one that starts the conversation but she doesn't respond for like 30 minutes.
When we talk IRL she's also the one that talks to me first, but our conversations don't last longer than 10 minutes or less.

I hope someone can give me some tips or something to talk to her and become closer (btw we've been friends for 4 years I think, closer one's since 2 years ago).

Also I called her ballerina capuccina and she called me tralalero tralala, thought this was cute.
