So, last year I lost over 20kg within months, but since July till now I gained around 30kg even though I try to stick to a calorie deficit but never last over a few days, I eat junk food and start a cycle that last the rest or the day or week, I ought to loose weight really not just for aesthetics but for health, I'm have to say that I have a good amount of muscle and a decent frame besides my +25% bf, any help?
also make sure to track cals and exercise especially going on a calm walk after each meal helps with digestion
