how can i stick to my diet/cut

ive been trying to cut for like 5 years now, im not a fatass but im like idk 15% BF maybe a bit more but i can not stick to a diet, i crave unhealthy food, im always wanting chick fil a or jersey mikes or jimmy johns or in n out etc, i lowk have a food addiction but again im 5'10 180lbs so im a bit fluffy but i manage well and have the self awareness to not become obese

anyways, does anyone have any methods or tips that you used to stick to a cut/diet. i would say the underlying issue here is that i dont enjoy healthy food. i bought 50lbs of grass fed beef from a local ranch for me to eat every day but i really just dont want to eat it lol.

do not recommend peptides or glp 1's, u can view my other thread on reta, i almost died from taking it

Reta, caffeine, Diet Coke, gum, get any bad food out of ur sight. Or just have some self control for a couple months

Now of course I don’t need to talk about calorie deficit and the general info, but there’s two or three points i wanna bring light to it:

1. Week total focus: instead of focusing on calories on a daily basis and say “I’m going to be fat!” By just going over the limit by a 1,000cal let’s say, instead you should see it as a weekly goal for example:

daily calorie limit: 2000kcal
2,000 x 7 = 14,000kcal

If you view it this way you under-eat and over-eat how like during the week, but this still not considered healthy and I don’t advise eat a lot on a day and suddenly no food on the other, you have to continue the vision like this:

Oh no I’m a fat pig!, I just ate an extra 1,000kcal!…oh yeah I just have to make my calorie limit lower tomorrow to fix my wrong and continue with my diet back to the original daily intake so that I meet my week goal!”

I learned This method randomly when I slimmed from 105kg during 2020 ~ 2021 to my lowest 66kg skinny, but I was more extreme, I had days of over-eating and days that I look like an anorexic maniac, but I was surprised that this is common knowledge between food challengers who eat massively randomly and how they keep their weight with no problems….

2. The type of food: it does and it doesn’t matter at the same time, if your purpose is extremely perfect health goals than you should be eating healthier, humans are omnivores have a good mix of fruits, meats, rice or potatoes and when frying eggs or meats use animal fat or olive oil, but watch out for the calories, they sneak up on you when using animal fat and olive oil, if you only care about the calorie limit and not health stats then you can mix in chips, sweets and whatnot, but remember!, health stats can be random.

just normal mint gum? or should i gaymaxx and do the hard gum for the jawline gains

You can try bunch of things but GLP-1's also break habits such as binge eating, smoking and even being gay (yes), anyway here you go;
  1. Hypnosis
  2. Semaglutide
  3. PSTEC
  4. Prepare your food for the week
  5. Enjoyable diet
  6. Smoking/Zyns
  7. Meth
  8. Reta
I can go on and on but discipline is behind it, if you don't have that whats the point.

ude you can still eat at these fast food restaurants just get lower cal more high protein options,like if u get breaded nuggets get grilled instead and replace your drink with a Diet Coke or sm with no fries

White monster? Idk. Whichever you like, jawline gains are dependent on ur massetor insertion, gum is for cravings not necessarily jaw gains

ive done reta multiple times newfag stop posting youll lose everytime u joined the forum yday newgen retard
