Starting accutane after my doxycycline runs out, I’ve heard you can’t drink on it but I need alcohol to lower my inhib, any way?

You can drink while on accutane but it’s not recommended, the drug itself is already harsh on your liver and alcohol adds extra strain, some people still drink occasionally but it increases risk of liver damage and bad side effects, if you need alcohol just to lower inhibitions that’s something you should think about too, maybe try cutting back or finding other ways to loosen up

Ive Heard clavicular uses some sort of peptide or whatever that boosts liver health is there something like that

There are some supplements and peptides people claim help liver health, like tudca milk thistle, or nac, but none of them are guaranteed to protect you from the strain accutane and alcohol put on your liver, they might support liver function to some extent but they’re not a free pass to drink heavily, best thing is to monitor your bloodwork regularly and keep alcohol minimal
