How can i stop balding and improve my hairline at 19?

Im 19 and balding since 18. My testosterone is 1173 ng/dl (naturally), and my dad is balding (like norwood 3), but he started balding at 30
Can you help me, what can i do? I’m scared of fin because i don’t want to lose my beard and bone mass (I read this on the internet)

Well if u dont want fin/dut which goes systemic (u probably look like u finished puberty tho u dont need DHT anymore but wtv) u can use topical antiandrogens like RU54881 which dont go systemic and only block DHT in ur scalp
