How can i stop feeding my brain copium ?

I know that it never began for me and i will very likely die a virgin, but every time a foid is slightly nice to me or talks to me my brain dupes me into thinking that i have a chance even though i know exactly she would rather die than be with a subhuman like me. How do i stop having hope and feeding my brain copium ?
